CX Consultancy Announces Strategic Acquisition of Rights for Online Training Platform


Customer Start, a customer experience (CX) consultancy and training provider, has announced the exclusive, strategic acquisition of the rights for ACXS™ online training platform.

The firm said the integration of ACXS’s respected on-demand certification programme into its portfolio would mean that individuals and organisations now have streamlined access to top-tier CX training.
