International car rental network Final Rentals has announced its strategic expansion into the African market with the simultaneous launch of operations in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Kenya.
The triple-country launch is a direct response to the strong growth in both business and leisure travel across Southern and Eastern Africa, the Cardiff-based firm said.
“We are incredibly excited to bring the Final Rentals experience to Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Kenya,” said Ammar Akhtar, Founder and CEO of Final Rentals.
“These countries represent dynamic, forward-looking markets with immense potential. Our research shows a clear need for a digitally-focused car rental service that prioritises customer experience, a diverse fleet, and cross-border travel capabilities. We are confident that our seamless online platform and our fleet of well-maintained vehicles, including a strong selection of 4x4s, will meet and exceed the expectations of both local and international travelers.”
Final Rentals now has a presence in more than 58 countries across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and now Africa.
