Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has promoted Simon Coop to a Senior Director position in its Cardiff office.
Simon Coop, who has been with the company for 20 years, steps up to help spearhead further growth of the office. He has expertise in housing strategy, planning data analytics and economic impact work and has achieved much success for many major housebuilder, developer, investor and public sector clients.
He will also lead Lichfields’ housing business development group as part of his new responsibilities.
