e-Learning provider, Academii, is delighted to announce that it has appointed Adrian Coles as its new Managing Director in January 2023.
Founded in 2019, Academii is an e-learning resource focusing on skill-building within the underserved blue-collar workforce. The company is starting 2023 as it means to go on with the appointment of a new and dynamic Managing Director, Adrian Coles.
Adrian joins Academii following 17 years with NatWest, where he served and supported SMEs and startups across South Wales and the south of England. Adrian’s impressive history has centred around building and nurturing client relationships and customer advocacy and seeking to add tangible value to client businesses. As a self-titled ‘non-banker, banker’, Adrian’s reputation for innovation and excellence is a welcome addition to Academii’s growing team.
Closing the skills gap
In his new role, Adrian will lead the charge in building and developing a competent, innovative and technically astute customer development team to offer strategic support to the skills agenda.
Adrian says,
