New serviced office facility launched in Penarth

A new serviced office facility has opened, located within an existing building in Penarth Town Centre, designed to accommodate the growth of small businesses and the out of town demand for commercial office facilities in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Embassy Offices has in total 18 suites available, already furnished to accommodate businesses from 2 persons to 8 persons. With supporting services such as a dedicated receptionist, 8 person board room, individual video and audio intercom, break out areas, kitchen facilities and free coffee, these suites are aimed at growing businesses and house-bound homeworkers looking for a professional office environment close to home.

Penarth is a thriving commercial centre with a busy high street full of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and banks. Road, rail and bus connections to both Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay are excellent. The seafront is a short stroll away through Alexandra Park and the Cardiff Bay Barrage is within easy walking or cycling distance. Office workers in Penarth enjoy a healthier work/life balance with quick and easy access to great outdoor leisure facilities but with all the well-being benefits of it's bustling town centre location. Town centre facilities like Embassy Offices help tackle climate change by offering energy efficient office space outside of the larger city centres, reducing congestion and pollution by minimising the reliance on cars.

Nearby is Cardiff Bay, a key driver of economic activity in Wales, attracting inward investment and supporting over 10,000 jobs in the public and private sector. It is home of course to The National Assembly for Wales which is rebranding and changing it's name to the Senedd Cymru or Welsh Parliament from 6 May 2020. Demand for office space in Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay is high, driving up the cost for small creative businesses, opening up an opportunity for high quality, well connected serviced offices at an affordable price.

Embassy Offices is part of a group of related companies including Precision Construction (Wales) Ltd. who carried out the refurbishment of the 2 storey office block above existing, well-established shop units, creating a high spec interior. The Group has a number of existing clients throughout South Wales generally and the investment in these new offices will help attract key clients to the area including IT companies, designers, web developers and financial services.

John Hawkins, head of the property development arm of the group said:

“I am delighted with the new office refurbishment which is in an ideal location for a serviced office facility in Penarth. The offices are very interesting with the combination of modern, hi-tec refurbishment, town centre parking and located right in the heart of Penarth, which itself is a thriving location.

I am sure there is a significant level of demand within the area and our staff are excited to be on site, ready to make progress in 2020 and welcome new clients”
