South Wales Business Park Sold to African Investor for £1.63M


International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of Sir Robert McAlpine Enterprises Ltd, has sold Brook House at Cardiff Gate International Business Park to a private African investor for £1.630m, representing a net initial yield of 9%.

Located on the leading business park in South Wales, Brook House is a freehold property and comprises 10,599 sq ft (984.68 sq m) of office space over three floors. It is currently fully let to Circle IT Solutions and Bouygues (UK) Ltd.

Situated in Oak Tree Court at Cardiff Gate International Business Park, the scheme is located in close proximity to junction 30 of the M4. Other occupiers present on the estate include Coca Cola, Mercedes and Royal College of Nursing.
