Fast-growing care home provider, My Choice Healthcare, has been recognised as ‘Best Care Home Employer’ at the Great British Care Awards 2024 Wales regional finals.
The Great British Care Awards represent all areas of social care from the independent and voluntary sectors – including residential, home care, housing with care, learning disabilities and autism services.
My Choice Healthcare said its award for Best Care Home Employer reflects the business’ dedication to setting a high standard for compassionate and innovative care across Wales, establishing it as one of the country’s most respected care providers.
Alongside this prestigious win, the Bargoed-based Springfield Residential Care Team at My Choice Healthcare was highly commended as the runner-up in the ‘Putting People First’ category, reflecting the team’s commitment to person-centred care, placing the needs, dignity, and individuality of residents at the heart of their work.
In the ‘Ancillary Worker’ category, Bethany Davies from My Choice Healthcare was also honoured as a runner-up, celebrating her impactful contributions to the organisation’s operations and the positive experiences of its residents.
