Five senior members of the residential conveyancing team at Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors are celebrating 10 years at the firm.
Caesar Adere, Mayda Thomas, Andrew Davies, Rebecca Jackson and Greg George all joined in 2014 and have been central to the growth of the conveyancing department, which is now one of the largest in the region. Caesar, Rebecca and Greg have also been made partners during that time.
Rebecca said:
“Greg and I both joined as trainees and at the outset we knew there was a clear progression path in front of us. Once we had qualified we were able to develop our careers as the firm grew.”
In recent years the legal practice has expanded westwards through the opening of three new offices – Llanelli in 2020, Ammanford in 2021 and Gorseinon in 2022.
“The market has seen a surge in activity over recent years,” said Business Development Manager Andrew Davies, “and thanks to the excellent relationships we have with housing developers and local estate agents, we have been able to put down strong roots in these new areas to help the local community with their conveyancing needs.”
