Swansea city centre’s newest retail opportunity is now open for interest as the car park above Cupid Way nears completion.
The retail units, located beneath the new car park and just steps from Swansea Arena, are being re-marketed to businesses looking to join the Copr Bay district.
Units are suitable for retail, restaurants, or cafés, offering a prime position on the new link connecting the city centre to the bridge over Oystermouth Road.
As part of the remarketing process, businesses originally earmarked for the scheme are being recontacted, and new tenants are encouraged to explore taking up space.
Spring this year is expected to see the first occupants moving in.
Cllr Rob Stewart, Swansea Council Leader, said:
“These retail units are a fantastic opportunity for businesses to be part of a growing district.
“With the car park nearing completion, we’re now looking to bring the right mix of shops and eateries into Cupid Way to create a lively destination for residents and visitors.”

Set for completion in the early summer, the car park above is being finished by contractor Andrew Scott Ltd.
The existing St David’s multi-storey car park nearby will remain open until the new facility is operational.
