Powys-based Nidec Drives has announced the appointment of Laurent Babaud as President.
With more than three decades of experience in motors and drives at Nidec, Laurent has led the European sales network for Leroy-Somer and Control Techniques, served as President of SSB Wind Systems, and most recently led Nidec Conversion’s global marketing, sales, and European operations.
