A new restaurant is promising to bring an authentic taste of Japan to the heart of Swansea.
The launch of Joyato Sushi & Grill, on York Street in the city centre, was made possible with the guidance of Alex Kurtz-Shefford, company and commercial law solicitor at Peter Lynn and Partners.
One of the key aspects of the deal was the agreement for lease, a binding contract that commits the landlord to undertake specific construction and renovation works before the lease officially begins.

As part of the transaction, Alex also negotiated favourable tenancy terms for the client, securing a beneficial arrangement that supports the long-term success of Joyato Sushi & Grill.
