Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of Brecon View Eco Village in Carmarthenshire.
Situated on the edge of Beacons National Park, the business consists of six luxury holiday eco lodges with views across Amman Valley and the Black Mountain, the area’s famous nature spots.
Each of the lodges has been sustainably developed with excellent energy efficiency, and five of the six lodges are completely carbon zero. The lodges also include their own wood-fired saunas, hot tubs and purpose-built BBQ areas.
The eco village has been acquired by Tomas Robertson of TR2 Group, who has over ten years of experience in the holiday lets sector and owns another glamping site in Scotland. The site is newly developed, and Tomas intends to bring a new lease of life to Brecon View Eco Village.
