de Novo Solutions Restructures For Next Stage of Growth

Technology company de Novo Solutions has announced a group restructure to enable the next stage of its growth.

Earlier this year the Langstone-based company announced its move into Business Process Outsourcing initially for payroll, with a view of expanding into HR and finance services, specifically focused upon the secondary education schools and multi-academy trusts sector, creating an AI-driven next generation shared services operation using ServiceNow and Oracle Cloud technology platforms.

With customer demand for its services remaining high, and to enable further expansion, the business has now restructured itself into three operational business units.

As a result the firm has announced internal promotions of Tom Mann to Chief Operations Officer, de Novo Consulting Services UK, and Ramya Govindarajan to Chief Operations Officer, de Novo Solutions India.

Tara Dewar, Chief Operations Officer, will reposition to setup the new de Novo Business Cloud Services which will be responsible for the creating and running of the AI-driven next generation shared services operation. With its first contract already agreed, the new operation comes online mid-2026.

All business operations will continue to operate under the de Novo Solutions brand.

Tim Warner, Chairman of de Novo Solutions, said:

“We have achieved so much, and Tom, Tara and Ramya have been the heart of our operation alongside our VPs in running our delivery operations. All have made a material difference in the company’s success. These promotions come with the autonomy to run the business units that comprise de Novo as we take the Group to the next level. We have big plans for the operation in 2025, as we continue our progress to be the leading Oracle Partner in the UK in the era of the experience economy.”

Mark Sweeny, Founder and Group Chief Executive, said:

As our growth continues, we have turned our attention to further expansion, whilst maintaining delivery excellence for our customers, ensuring we continue to build a sustainable business as we scale. Part of that is now laying down the foundations for long-term succession, giving our customers the confidence that in trusting de Novo they have a partner that is going to be around for a very long time, and one that constantly is prepared to pioneer, innovate and constructively challenge the status-quo of the Systems Integrator and Oracle Partner landscape.”
