Day’s Mobility Partners with Age Cymru West Glamorgan to Enhance Mobility Services for Older Adults

Mobility solutions provider, Day’s Mobility, has launched a strategic partnership with Age Cymru West Glamorgan in a bid to raise vital funds for the local charity whilst helping older people in the region maintain their mobility and independence.

Swansea-based Day’s Mobility will work closely with Age Cymru West Glamorgan to provide a comprehensive range of mobility aids—including scooters, wheelchairs, walking aids, and more—at competitive prices. For every item purchased through the partnership, Day’s Mobility will also donate up to £150 to Age Cymru West Glamorgan.

The partnership is designed to support the local charity’s broader mission of promoting the wellbeing of older people and support them to age well by ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

The donations will go directly towards improving services supporting older people and their carers in the local community.

Emma Day, Owner, Day’s Mobility, said:

“We are proud to partner with Age Cymru West Glamorgan to bring essential mobility products directly to those who need them most in our community.

“At Day’s Mobility, we understand the importance of independence, dignity, and mobility in an individual’s life, especially for older adults. Through this collaboration, we aim to make a meaningful difference in our communities by offering innovative solutions, expert advice, and exceptional service.”

Connor James, Chief Officer, Age Cymru West Glamorgan, said:

“At Age Cymru West Glamorgan, we are committed to helping older people to age well. Our partnership with Day’s Mobility is an exciting opportunity to enhance the support we provide by connecting older adults with expertly selected, high-quality products tailored to their needs.

“Day’s Mobility brings both expertise and a shared commitment to ensuring older people have the resources they need to move freely and confidently in their own homes and communities. Together, we can make a real difference in empowering older adults to live as independently as possible for as long as possible.”
