Wales Tech Week 2025 is set to return to the ICC Wales from 24-26 November, offering a bold and immersive three-day experience that showcases Welsh technology, its ecosystem and champions the industry on the global stage.
Powered by Technology Connected, the event brings together global industry leaders, government officials, investors and innovators to explore the future of tech across borders and sectors. Following the success of its inaugural in-person summit in 2023, this year’s event promises an even more expansive showcase of Welsh and international technology.
Featuring a stellar lineup of speakers from globally renowned futurist and strategist, Matthew Griffin, to Dr Stella Peace, Executive Director Healthy Living & Agriculture at Innovate UK, Dr Drew Nelson OBE, founder and chairman of NetZero Semiconductors, Rolf Hellinger from Siemens AG Digital Industries, Sinead Greenaway, Acting CTO at the BBC, and Ruth Patterson, Managing Director UK and Ireland at HP, the event will explore the full spectrum of innovation shaping the global tech landscape.
With interactive demo zones, workshops and collaborative sessions, Wales Tech Week 2025 will spotlight the technologies shaping our future, from AI and cybersecurity to compound semiconductors and digital inclusion.
Acknowledging the growth and innovation within Wales’s tech landscape, Welsh Government Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning, Rebecca Evans, said before opening the summit in next month:

“Wales Tech Week 2025 will showcase the incredible talent and ambition of our digital leaders and tech businesses, and it will highlight how digital transformation is helping us build a more inclusive, sustainable and resilient economy.”
With three core themes of Tech for People, Tech for the Planet and Tech for Performance, this year’s event is structured to inspire, connect and empower.
Attendees can expect visionary keynotes and fireside chats that challenge thinking and spark new ideas, networking opportunities and collaborative sessions designed to foster partnerships and investment, and practical workshops that provide actionable insights and skills.
In a further show of commitment to Welsh innovation and global tech leadership, Aled Miles, CEO of Intellistack, formerly Formstack, and Welsh Government Envoy to the United States, is returning to his position as Chairman of Wales Tech Week 2025, a role he held at the most recent Wales Tech Week in 2023.
