HIGH5 are back on board to energise Run 4 Wales events in 2026.
Participants can expect to see HIGH5 products across the road events, including energy gels at the ABP Newport Marathon Festival and Cardiff Half Marathon and hydration tablets at the R4W 10K Series, made up of the ABP Newport 10K, Barry Island 10K, Brecon Carreg Porthcawl 10K and CDF 10K.
