Redwither Business Centre in Wrexham Marketed for sale


Legat Owen has announced it has been instructed to market the former Redwither Business Centre site at Wrexham Industrial Estate on behalf of Wrexham County Borough Council. 

The 1.56 hectares (3.87 acres) development site includes a detached 2-story office building of 855.12 sq m (9,200 sq ft) with planning permission granted to demolish.

The site enjoys a prominent position within the Redwither Business Park at the heart of Wrexham Industrial Estate, beside the iconic landmark Redwither Tower.  Wrexham Industrial Estate is home to over 340 businesses across automotive, aerospace, food, pharmaceuticals and engineering sectors, and creates employment for over 10,000 people.

The guide price for the property is £700,000.  Written offers are invited by informal tender by 12 noon on Monday 19th February 2024.
