Cardiff-based office design and fit-out specialist, Paramount Interiors has been appointed by the Pobl Group to deliver their more efficient and cost effective new office in Swansea.

Pobl is a group of companies that provide housing, care and support services to people living in Wales and the south west of England, employing 2,700 people.

The Pobl project team tasked with moving from their current, no longer fit for purpose office in the city centre has chosen Paramount to deliver the design and fit out of their refurbished space at Epona House on Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park.

Commenting on the reason for selecting Paramount, Andrew Ford, Commercial Project Manager at Pobl Group said;

“Paramount presented our panel with conceptual designs that we could really see working for our organisation. This, along with their understanding of how our business could work in a more agile way and their professional approach to project management, gave us the confidence that we will soon have a fantastic new environment for our staff to work from.”

Through great collaboration, Paramount has brought to life Pobl’s vision to transform their 20,000-square-foot premises into a bright and open plan space that reflects their vibrant brand and allows their people to work more efficiently in an agile environment with more flexibility than ever before.

The project includes a CAT A refurbishment and CAT B fit out that will see Pobl move in early Autumn.
