Peter Lynn and Partners Boost Family Law Team with New Appointment

Peter Lynn and Katherine Waldemar-Brown

Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Katherine Waldemar-Brown as a consultant, further strengthening the firm’s expertise in divorce and family law matters.

Katherine, a highly regarded legal expert with over three decades of experience, joined the firm at the start of January 2025 and will be based at their SA1 office.

She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a reputation for successfully handling complex matrimonial, children, and cohabitation cases, often involving international jurisdictions.

Peter Lynn, Senior Partner at Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors, expressed his excitement about Katherine’s appointment, stating:

“Katherine’s arrival is a significant addition to our team. She is not only a recognised leader in the field of divorce and family law but also someone who shares our commitment to providing exceptional legal services tailored to our client’s needs. Her extensive experience, particularly in complex cases will be invaluable to the firm and to the people we advise.”

Katherine’s illustrious legal career began at the renowned London law firm Mishcon de Reya, where she spent 13 years and became a partner in their family department in 2003.

In 2010, Katherine returned to her hometown of Swansea to work alongside her father at Hughes Griffiths Partnership, further cementing her standing in the legal community.

On her new role, Katherine said:

“I am thrilled to join Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors, a firm known for its professionalism and dedication to clients. Family law is deeply personal and often emotionally charged, and I pride myself on being firm but fair while navigating clients through these challenging times. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s outstanding reputation and supporting families in Swansea and beyond.”
