Torfaen County Borough Council has appointed M4 Property Consultants as the retained commercial property agent for Springboard Business Innovation Centre in Cwmbran.
Springboard Business Innovation Centre offers a collaborative and inspiring work environment for businesses of all sizes, the council said. Since its opening in 2006, the Centre has attracted over 94 companies, fostered a supportive community for innovation and entrepreneurship, and contributed significantly to the local economy.
“We are delighted to partner with M4 Property Consultants to drive the continued success of Springboard Innovation Centre,” said Gaynor Wakeling, Innovation Ecosystem Project Manager at Torfaen County Borough Council.
