Llanelli Town AFC women’s team has secured a new sponsor for the season as it seeks to raise the profile of the side both locally and further afield.
BCRS Business Loans has partnered with the Adran League side and its under-19s development squad to help raise the profile of women’s football and promote wider participation in the sport. The sponsorship has enabled the teams to train in a dedicated women’s kit, bearing the BCRS Business Loans logo.
Jordan Fox, Commercial Manager at Llanelli Town AFC, said:
“It’s an exciting time for us as a club as we start the new season in good spirits.
“Since the women's side moved over to Llanelli Town AFC, it has grown considerably and we now compete in tier 2 of women’s football in Wales, whilst continuing to grow a strong development pipeline from grassroots into the senior side.
“We’re delighted that BCRS Business Loans has partnered with us as we journey across the country to play and build on what we have done so far.”
Leanne Jones, Business Development Manager at BCRS Business Loans, said:
“We’re proud to support Llanelli Town AFC as the women’s sides continue to make their mark with grit and determination in the Adran league.
“We believe that sport holds a power in building confidence and a sense of community and this sponsorship is part of our ongoing commitment to community and grassroots development. We’re proud to support these talented young women as they continue to grow on and off the pitch and wish them the very best of luck for the season ahead.”
