An Opportunity To Shine A Spotlight on Gender Inequality


Reviewing and continuing to ask questions about the representation of women and inequality is so important, no more so than on International Women’s Day.

Lucy Reynolds, Chief Executive of Chwarae Teg, explained how the occasion can ‘shine a spotlight’ on gender inequality and, given that misogyny continues to be an issue, refine what businesses can do to create a more flexible, diverse and encouraging workplace, enabling for a more equal Wales.
