
Achieve together's West Glamorgan teams, supporting people in Swansea and Pontardawe, have achieved Excellent ratings across all three inspection areas following its latest Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) inspection.
The domiciliary support service received Excellent ratings for Wellbeing, Care & Support, and Leadership & Management, reflecting the high-quality support delivered every day and the positive outcomes experienced by people supported by the Achieve together teams.
Inspectors highlighted the service's commitment to helping people make their own choices, maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives. The report recognised that people receive the right support at the right time and are empowered to achieve the things that matter most to them.
The inspection also praised the service's person-centred support planning, safeguarding arrangements, medication management and strong governance systems. Team members were recognised as well trained, supported and committed to delivering excellent care and support.
Achieve together is one of the UK's leading providers of specialist support for autistic people, people with learning disabilities, and associated complex needs.
