Front Runner Events, organisers of the award-winning Swansea Half Marathon, have announced a landmark partnership with Mizuno, the Japanese sportswear brand, as the new event headline sponsor.
Mizuno's recent advancements in running technology were demonstrated at the 2025 Amsterdam Marathon, where Bute Gemechu achieved the fastest marathon ever run in Mizuno footwear, wearing the prototype Mizuno Pure, the brand’s latest high-performance racing shoe. British athlete, Alex Bell also broke the tape at the recent Mizuno Half Marathon in Amsterdam in a time of 70.02
