Welsh construction recruitment agency, RhinoRecruitment.Com, has kickstarted 2019 with a sizable recruitment drive, welcoming five new staff members to their Cardiff headquarters.

With 2018 being a defining year for the recruitment brand, expanding into Scotland and winning contracts internationally, the 5-times award-winning agency has big plans for 2019.

The new recruits

With a clear mission to become the first choice for construction recruitment in Europe, RhinoRecruitment.Com has made some real waves in the Build, Utilities, Shopfitting, M&E and Civil sectors. Having doubled the number of candidates on their books, the brand understandably needed more hands on deck at the office.

Welcoming new faces to all areas of the business, below are the latest members of the team and what they have to say about their new roles.

Mark Cann – Branch Manager

Mark Cann, the newly-appointed Branch Manager, is thrilled to be at the helm of the business during this exciting chapter. Having joined the business before Christmas, Mark is a seasoned businessman, having worked with some of the biggest players in the industry.

“It is a true delight to welcome these new starters into our offices. All boasting incredible experience in their fields, I am hugely confident that they can help us achieve our ambitious goals for this next quarter.”

Jerome Bryan– Labour Manager

“I have come from a background as a Lettings Negotiator, having worked for a company based in South Wales.  Here, I would vet candidates before conducting viewings.  My role as a Labour Manager fits well with my previous experience.  I chose to join Rhino for the exciting opportunities they offer.”

Charles Hunter – Recruitment Consultant

“I’m returning to Rhino after a year of exploring other avenues,. This is my 3rd year in recruitment. Prior to this I was a Steel Erector in Devon, constructing agricultural and commercial buildings. I chose to come back as this is a really exciting time for both myself personally and the expansion of the business, I’m looking forward to making use of the experience I have gained!”

 Sian Yoeman – Administrator

“I originally come from a military background where I served as a Combat Military Technician for some 10 years. I then stayed within the health care environment before finishing in a Comprehensive school for 7 years as the school nurse.

When I applied for Rhino I had never been involved in recruitment and after researching the Company, became excited and extremely interested in pursuing a new and exciting career.”

Cassandra Pritchard – Payroll Administrator

“Having been brought up in Spain, I have recently moved to Wales.

My last role involved working in finance, however I am very excited to have joined Rhino as a payroll administrator. I am looking forward to be working with a great team and learning new skills.”

Having expanded into new offices to accommodate their recent growth, RhinoRecruitment.Com can now be found at The Maltings on East Tyndall Street, Cardiff, returning to their initial base where the brand’s story began 15 years ago.
