Tech firm Vindico has appointed a new project manager as it continues its growth and expansion.

Dan Keane joins the award-winning firm following a decade at Swansea University's School of Management. With an extensive background encompassing leadership, project management, strategic growth, cultural development, and CSR, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from the higher education sector.

Prior to his career in higher education, Dan spent a decade serving in the military, where he honed his leadership and resilience skills as both a soldier and Officer within the Royal Artillery.

Dan’s appointment comes as Vindico celebrates their 10-year milestone. With 50% year-on-year growth for the last three years, the company now boasts a team of 30 tech industry professionals across its offices in Cardiff and Llanelli.

Dan will be responsible for overseeing the company’s processes, procedures, and governance structures to ensure smooth project delivery. He will also work closely with the senior management team to ensure that Vindico continues to meet its strategic and operational objectives.

Dan said:

“Over the years, I have kept in touch with Jo and have been impressed by Vindico’s consistent growth and the diverse range of projects they have undertaken. The company's momentum, and the impact of their work, made this an exciting opportunity that I eagerly wanted to be a part of. I’m now looking forward to bringing my unique background and skillset and contributing to Vindico’s future success.”

Vindico’s Technical Director Ryan Griffiths said:

“We are thrilled to welcome Dan to the Vindico team. His extensive experience and proven track record in project management, coupled with his exceptional leadership abilities, make him an invaluable addition as we continue our journey of growth and innovation.”
