Specialist corporate law firm Greenaway Scott has announced the promotion of two new directors as it continues to expand and develop its business.
Lorna Bolton and Leanne Thomas have both been promoted to the position of Director with the firm.
Miss Bolton joined Greenaway Scott in 2016 after gaining extensive in-house commercial legal experience within the aviation and engineering industry.
Miss Bolton heads up the Bristol office for Greenaway Scott, and also has a significant role advising her growing client base on commercial contracts and intellectual property.
Ms Thomas has played an important role in the success of the Greenaway Scott Swansea & West office since joining Greenaway Scott in 2017.
During her time as Head of the Swansea & West Office, she has completed numerous corporate advisory mandates including high profile mergers, acquisitions and equity fundraising matters.
Both solicitors have said they are thrilled with their recent promotions.
