Blaenau Gwent is home to a pilot project to tap into the talents of local people who have achieved success elsewhere and encourage them to connect back with their hometown.
Similar projects are already up and running, including the ARFOR scheme across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Gwynedd and Anglesey which seeks to use entrepreneurship and economic development to support the heartlands of the Welsh language.
