The Celtic Collection Expands its Footprint in Pembrokeshire

Milford Waterfront’s luxury floatel cabins have become the last addition to the expanding Celtic Collection, which will manage the unique properties as part of an exciting partnership with the Port of Milford Haven.

Floating amongst the boats moored at Milford Marina, they provide a truly authentic experience and a tranquil base from which to delve into Pembrokeshire.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, each of the four cabins sleeps two people. Boasting luxurious furnishings, a private balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, guests can relish panoramic views of the water and spectacular sunsets. Each floatel cabin is equipped with an en-suite shower room and a king-size bed. For guests with four-legged travel companions, two floatel cabins are dog-friendly.

While enjoying the privacy of their own sleeping quarters, guests can also enjoy the facilities of the Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront, recently opened by the Celtic Collection just a short stroll across the redeveloped waterside area.

For mealtimes, delicious fresh dining is available at the hotel’s Dulse restaurant. Named after the edible variety of seaweed which grows in abundance around the local coast, this must-try destination delivers memorable dining experiences created by Executive Head Chef Simon Crockford, a Pembrokeshire native and former Wales National Chef of the Year.

Celtic Collection Chief Executive Ian Edwards said:

“After a successful launch for the new Tŷ Hotel at Milford Waterfront, we’re incredibly excited to be adding the floatel cabins to the Celtic Collection, in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven. Milford Haven is world-renowned thanks to its unique coastline and history, and we’re delighted to be expanding our footprint in the popular destination of Pembrokeshire.”

For those seeking a self-catering option, there is also ‘The Shores’ apartment complete with fully equipped kitchen, a sunny balcony to enjoy in the summer, and a fire to cosy up in front of during the winter.

Floatel cabins and ‘The Shores’ apartment are available to book for a minimum of 2 nights now.
