Swansea Firm Signals Expansion with Strategic Promotions

A Swansea-based consulting firm has announced a series of strategic promotions as they aim to significantly increase their turnover in the next two years.

Dan Gilbert has been promoted to Head of Strategy and Partnerships at Green Hat, a role which will see him focus on developing innovative strategies and fostering strategic partnerships to drive the company’s growth.

Nathan Gough has been promoted to Operations Manager, where he will oversee day-to-day operations and prioritise customer service delivery to clients.

Jac Davies has been promoted from Associate CDM Consultant to CDM Lead, a pivotal role in which he will take charge of managing and overseeing all aspects of CDM (Construction Design and Management) compliance.

Additionally, the company welcomes Koran Thomas as the new Finance Manager.

Andrew Warring, Managing Director at Green Hat, said:

“As we embark on this exciting journey of growth and expansion at Green Hat I am thrilled to announce these strategic promotions that will play a crucial role in realising our vision for a future where Health & Safety is paramount, creativity flourishes, and inclusivity fosters a positive and safe environment for all.

“I am also delighted to welcome Koran as our Finance Manager. Previously, this role was handled by a part-time external resource. However, with the business expanding and financial management playing an increasingly pivotal role, the decision was made to bring this function in-house for greater efficiency and strategic oversight. Congratulations to Dan, Nathan, Jac and Koran in their new roles.”

Established in 2013, Green Hat works with clients from across South Wales and England ranging from SMEs to large construction groups.
