Estate agency software and legal services provider Dezrez has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026, securing the 19th position in the medium-sized business category.
The national recognition, awarded by Great Place To Work® UK, highlights organisations that excel in workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership. The ranking is based largely on confidential employee feedback, with thousands of UK workers contributing to the annual assessment.
For Swansea-based Dezrez, the achievement marks a significant milestone following its first Great Place To Work Certification™ in late 2025, it said.
With more than 35,000 medium-sized businesses operating across the UK, ranking in the top 20 reflects the company’s continued focus on building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
