Kartay has welcomed Redkite Solicitors as the first occupiers of Princess Quarter, Swansea’s new landmark office development.

Princess Quarter offers 15,000 sq ft of premium office space. Designed to support sustainable, modern ways of working, the building features a reception concierge, secure cycle storage, wellness amenities such as showers and vanity areas, a green rooftop terrace and an EPC A energy rating.

Redkite said its decision to relocate to Princess Quarter reflects a desire for space that mirrors its own values: professional and approachable, progressive yet firmly rooted within the local community.

Neil Walker, CEO of Redkite Solicitors, said:

“We are delighted to be welcomed as the first tenants at Princess Quarter. We've long been committed to serving communities across Wales, and this investment reflects our belief in Swansea's future as a dynamic business centre and cements our long-term commitment to the region.”

Ian Morgan, Managing Director for Kartay, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Redkite Solicitors as the first tenant at Princess Quarter. Their strong roots in South Wales and reputation for trusted advice align perfectly with the vision we had for this space. We look forward to seeing them thrive here.”

Kartay said the project reflects a wider commitment to investing in South Wales through high-quality, environmentally-responsible, mixed-use developments. Current projects include the transformation of 254-260 Oxford Street into new homes situated above revitalised retail units, as well as plans for 1 Oxford Street in Castle Square, which will bring further residential and commercial opportunity to the area.
