A challenger to the recruitment industry has firmly established its roots in Cardiff, following a fund raise through the Development Bank of Wales.

Talentscape works with employers to attract and engage with prospective employees, through the latest employer brand techniques and innovative use of artificial intelligence. The Talentscape team is already working with organisations as diverse as Allied Irish Bank, Anglian Water, Investec, GE, GWR and Rackspace – and with the investment from Development Bank of Wales, the company will now house its head office hub in the centre of Cardiff, much to the delight of its mainly Welsh management team.

Talentscape started life on the prestigious Cambridge Science Park and has gained wide scale endorsement from tech businesses across the region and globally.  Through intelligent assessment of an organisation’s culture, skillsets and employment propositions, Talentscape utilises programmatic advertising to attract exactly the right type of talent to customer organisations.

Talentscape will continue to maintain its presence in Cambridge, allowing them to service their already significant and international client base, whilst their new Cardiff hub will provide a head office to further attack targeted markets.
