William Charles-Davies has joined the land and planning team at Persimmon Homes West Wales, a house builder with live sites from Carmarthen to Llanilid.
Will – who is from a small village in the Towy Valley – joins the business after studying BSc Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester for three years.
In the new role, he’ll be involved in the planning application process for new sites, consulting local authorities, statutory consultees, and members of the public to as part of Persimmon’s mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable developments across West Wales.
