Leading partnerships developer Lovell celebrated success at the 2026 Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards, with two South Wales developments recognised for their achievements.
The awards are run by the CCS, an independent organisation that works with the construction industry and public to raise standards and build trust. Having rewarded the UK's most considerate sites since 1998, the National Site Awards are one of the most recognised awards programmes in the sector.
This year, Lovell took home Bronze awards for Elderwood Parc in Portskewett and the former Lansdowne Hospital site in Canton, Cardiff.
Elderwood Parc consists of 269 new homes and the Severn View Park Care Home, being built as a design and build scheme for housing association Hedyn, Candleston and Monmouthshire County Council.
Lovell also delivered the now-completed development on the former Lansdowne Hospital site for its partner Hafod. The development consist of 106 energy efficient homes, including 44 houses and 62 apartments split over three buildings.
The awards recognise that throughout the construction of the developments, Lovell has been a considerate neighbour to those surrounding the sites and has upheld the high standards set by the Code of Considerate Practice, which requires respect for the community, care for the environment and value of the workforce.
