South Wales Contractor Strengthens Credentials for Construction and Infrastructure Projects

South Wales specialist contractor Vale CRW Ltd has strengthened its credentials in the construction supply chain after securing renewed international certifications covering quality management, environmental responsibility and workplace safety.

The company, which delivers concrete repair, waterproofing, plastering and structural repair projects across the public and private sectors, has successfully renewed its ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

The renewals provide independent verification of the management systems supporting Vale CRW’s operations as the business continues to develop its presence in the construction and specialist repair sectors.

The certifications were awarded through Perry Johnson Registrars (PJR), a certification body accredited by UKAS and ANAB.

For construction contractors working across complex projects and supply chains, independently assessed management systems provide a recognised framework for demonstrating operational consistency, managing risk and maintaining environmental and safety standards.

ISO 9001 covers quality management, including operational processes, consistency of service and customer satisfaction.

ISO 14001 focuses on environmental management, providing a framework for organisations to monitor and manage their environmental responsibilities and improve performance.

ISO 45001 addresses occupational health and safety, supporting businesses in identifying workplace hazards, managing risks and maintaining safer working environments.

Together, the three standards provide a framework for Vale CRW to manage key operational responsibilities across its specialist construction activities.

Managing Director Dylan Pritchard said the successful renewals reflected the company’s continued focus on maintaining high standards as it develops its operations.

“These accreditations are much more than certificates. They demonstrate our commitment to quality, safety and environmental responsibility, and provide independent assurance to our clients that we have the systems, processes and controls in place to deliver projects to the highest standards.”

He added:

“As our business continues to grow, maintaining these internationally recognised standards remains a key priority. I would like to thank every member of the Vale CRW team for their ongoing commitment and professionalism, which has made this achievement possible.”

The renewal comes as Vale CRW continues to operate across the public and private construction sectors, with its independently certified management systems supporting the delivery of concrete and structural repair, waterproofing and plastering services.

The company said maintaining these standards forms part of its ongoing investment in business processes, operational performance and continuous improvement.
