Golden Bear Leisure Country & Home Ltd, trading as thegoldenbear.co.uk, has agreed a new 10-year lease on the property.
Extending to 10,008 sq ft, the detached unit occupies a prominent position on one of the areas most established commercial estates, approximately 1.5 miles from Bangor city centre and benefiting from excellent access to the A55 North Wales Expressway.
