This week Venture, the new graduate recruitment brand from the Cardiff Capital Region, launches its second graduate cohort intake.

To date, the innovative talent programme placed over 100 graduates with businesses across the region in its previous cohort, with 85% of graduates still within their role today.

Businesses looking for high calibre graduate talent have until the 21st of February to submit vacancies to the scheme; the roles will be advertised between the 25th of February and the 20th of March. This is followed by an intense four-week shortlisting process, all managed free of charge by the team at Venture.
