Gambit Corporate Finance has been awarded ‘Corporate Finance Team of the Year (Mid Market)' at the 2026 UK Insider Dealmakers Awards.
The award follows a record year for the firm in 2025, during which Gambit advised on a number of significant mid-market transactions across a broad range of sectors, acting across buy-side, sell-side and capital raising mandates.
Now in its 34th year, Gambit said its recognition reflects not only the volume and profile of transactions completed, but also the quality of execution and the long-standing relationships the firm continues to build with clients, funders and international partners.
During 2025, the firm acted as lead advisor to Nodor International on the sale of a majority stake to Inflexion Private Equity, a transaction involving the world’s leading dart equipment brand. In addition, Gambit completed 16 further transactions, including the sale of Komoo to Oakley Capital-backed Steer Group, three strategic acquisitions for Premier Forest Group and the MBO of Access Training, the UK’s leading e-learning business of tradespeople. These mandates demonstrate the breadth of the firm’s sector expertise and its continued ability to deliver complex transactions for both corporate and private equity clients, it said.
Gambit continues to further invest and strengthen its team, with the recent appointments of Joe Coghlan, Director and Josh Kunz, Manager, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to investing in talent and enhancing its mid-market advisory capabilities. The appointments support an expanding client base and a growing pipeline of live mandates as the firm progresses through 2026 with strong momentum and a significant pipeline of opportunities.
