Working Denbighshire has partnered with a hiring specialist to provide tailored support on recruitment practices.
The Inclusive Employers project from Working Denbighshire offers:
- Practical, easy-to-apply guidance on effective and inclusive recruitment and onboarding practices
- Tailored support to improve your hiring
- Advice and resources to support potential and existing employees with disabilities, health conditions, or caring responsibilities
Wynne Construction have already been benefiting from the project and Rebecca Martin, HR Manager for Wynne Construction said:
