First Mortgage Solutions, a whole-of-market mortgage and protection brokerage based in Neath, has appointed Jenny Fowler as Operations Manager.
The appointment marks a significant step forward in the firm's continued growth as it works toward the delivery of its five-year expansion strategy, it said.
Operating across the whole of the UK, First Mortgage Solutions works with a network of mortgage providers and insurance suppliers, supported by a growing network of Appointed Representatives (ARs) that underpins its national presence. As the business continues to scale, the newly created Operations Manager role has been designed to strengthen day-to-day operations, streamline and systemise internal processes, enhance the client journey, and accelerate the recruitment of new Appointed Representatives.
Fowler brings over 15 years' experience across financial services, SaaS, and health-tech, with a career built on driving commercial growth, developing strategic partnerships, and improving customer outcomes. She is known for stepping into businesses at key transition points and quickly identifying where structure and process improvements can unlock growth, the firm said. She has held senior roles at organisations including Microsoft, Infor, MHR Global, and Care Safe.
Her background in regulated financial services, combined with deep experience of scaling businesses through better processes and stronger partnerships, makes her well-suited to support First Mortgage Solutions as it grows its adviser network and builds the operational foundations for its next stage of development, it added.
