A new bathroom showroom has been secured for a trade and retail park in Wrexham.
Acting on behalf of Paloma Capital, Legat Owen and joint agent Park Place Retail have announced the successful letting of Unit 2b Berse Road Retail Park, Wrexham.
The mid-terrace trade counter / retail unit, comprising 7,961 sq ft, has been let to Easy Bathrooms following extensive refurbishment by the landlord.
Founded in 2012, Easy Bathrooms has 148 bathroom and tile showrooms nationwide.
The opening of the Wrexham showroom is part of their growth plans and provides the company with further access to the North Wales market.

“Easy Bathrooms were quick to secure the location shortly after the commencement of marketing. The lease was agreed and processed alongside the Landlord’s refurbishment of the space to allow the Tenant to start their fit-out on completion.”
Berse Road Retail Park is situated at the entrance to the Wrexham Gateway with direct access onto the A483 dual carriageway, with current occupiers including B&Q, Screwfix and Dreams.
