Datascope’s £2m NatWest Deal Set to Build Brighter Future for Local Jobs


Datascope Systems Limited, based near Chester, has secured a £2 million funding package from NatWest to power its next phase of growth.

The deal, which includes a £500,000 foreign exchange facility and a full banking switch, marks a major milestone for the fast-growing North Wales business.

Founded 15 years ago, Datascope develops software that helps the construction industry deliver faster, safer and more efficient projects. Its unique platform brings together core operational project functions, including short and long-term collaborative activity planning, delivery and logistics management, daily activity coordination, health and safety risk management and workforce management, within a single, integrated system.

With clients across 26 countries worldwide, the NatWest funding will accelerate Datascope's ambitious plans to grow further at home and abroad. The company is set to create 17 new department head roles as it ramps up operations and sharpens its focus on international markets, bringing more skilled jobs to the North Wales community and beyond.

Datascope's technology is a first for the construction sector, delivering real-time insights and smarter ways of working for building projects of all sizes. The business is backed by BGF and remains committed to investing in the local area, helping to build a stronger future for North Wales.
