One of North Wales's largest Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) has recently published its new Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for 2025-2026; offering a strong picture of the organisation's key performance improvements.
ClwydAlyn is a St Asaph based social landlord, providing circa 6,800 safe, warm homes across seven counties in North and Mid Wales. The organisation's new ESG Report reveals measurable progress, which is being made, specifically in the areas of environmental, social and governance performance.
The annual report looks at areas which are of specific importance to residents, communities, staff and stakeholders; from the quality and efficiency of homes to resident and staff wellbeing, community investment, and good governance.
Within the ESG Report, evidence, comments, facts, statistics and case studies are combined to illustrate how ClwydAlyn is delivering on its priorities, which were set out in its 2025 Corporate Plan launch; centred around an overarching ambition to work in partnership to end poverty.
These priorities include:
