Brains Brewery has launched its first multi font draught technology for its award-winning Bayside lager at its new pub, The Old Brewery, in Cardiff's Brewery Quarter.
The innovative new serving system, called the Bayside Flavour Fusion, allows customers to enjoy one of three distinctive Bayside lagers – Original, Cherry, and Grapefruit – from one three-tap font. This is the first time Brains has supplied a triple point pump for its lagers.
Alongside the much-loved Bayside Original, the new Cherry and Grapefruit variants bring vibrant fruit flavours and a fresh, zesty and summery twist to the range, while retaining the crisp, refreshing character that Bayside is known for.

Brains, along with Breaking Brands – the Welsh-based pub company that runs Coyote Ugly, Temple Bar and Filthy McNasty's in the city centre – have collaborated on the new pub, which has more than 100 interactive sports games and is situated at the former home of Brains Brewery.
Nick Payne, Chief Executive Officer of Brains Brewery, said:
“It's fantastic that The Old Brewery is home to the first Bayside triple-serve system of its kind. The new serving system represents the latest innovation from Bayside, combining our award-winning lager with a fresh approach to how it can be served and enjoyed.
“We wanted to give lager lovers more choice and create something that would really bring Bayside to life in a new way. With Original, Cherry and Grapefruit all available from the same bar, customers can discover the different flavours and find their favourite – or, perhaps, try all three.”
