Asda Teams Up with Wales Food and Drink Awards as Official Sponsor

The Wales Food and Drink Awards are pleased to announce that Asda, one of the UK’s leading grocery retailers, is joining the list of high-profile organisations sponsoring this year’s awards ceremony.

The awards, which celebrate the very best food and drink producers in Wales, are a highlight of the Welsh food and drink calendar.

Asda’s sponsorship will further enhance the opportunity for connections between Welsh producers and buyers and showcase the incredible talent and innovation that exists within the Welsh food and drink industry. The retailer is committed to supporting local producers and suppliers, and the awards will provide a platform for them to promote their products to a wider audience.

The Wales Food and Drink Awards, is co-founded by broadcaster Sian Lloyd and Liz Brookes, Director of Grapevine Event Management, which runs the Awards. The black- tie ceremony will take place on 9th May at Brangwyn Hall, Swansea. The awards will be judged by a panel of experts, and the winners will be announced on the night.
