Advice Seminars Launched for Farmers and Landowners Across North Wales

A law firm is teaming up with land, energy and leisure specialists to provide advice for landowners and farmers looking to maximise the value of their land.

Lanyon Bowdler, which has an office in Conwy, and Baileys & Partners who have offices in Anglesey and Gwynedd, work with clients across North Wales. The firms are hosting a series of seminars in February which will look at a range of issues relating to protecting the future of farms.

The sessions will cover essential topics, including succession planning, wills, forthcoming inheritance tax changes, protecting agricultural assets and strengthening farming businesses through robust agreements.

There will also be expert insight into professional land valuations, renewable energy opportunities, utility claims for landowners and the current rural property market.

Seminars will run on Tuesday February 3 at M-SParc, Gaerwen, Thursday February 5 at Dylans in Criccieth and Wednesday February 11 at Nant Conwy Rugby Club.

All events start at 6pm, with food and drink refreshments provided at each venue.
