“We have seen increased activity within the market in South Wales during 2018 and have transacted on over 100% more deals than in 2017 within the region. This has been reflected in increased viewing numbers, offers presented and completions, demonstrating a thriving local market in the Leisure and Hotel sectors.

“With regards to looking forward to 2019, strong occupancy figures and sales revenues are being reported regionally and demand for quality businesses doesn’t look to be waning, with continued interest from a range of investors both nationally and internationally.”

“It is fantastic that the hard work of our teams in Leisure & Hotels within the region has been recognised. North Wales continues to attract inward investment from experienced local and multiple operators through to first time buyers, demonstrating that the area remains an attractive place to live, work, and do business. Llandudno has proven to be a particular hotspot with three hotels being sold in quick succession during the final quarter of 2018.”
