Business Wales is offering a free online webinar to help start-up businesses with growth potential develop the skills and plans needed to launch and scale their operations.
The Start-up to Scale Up webinar will guide participants through the key stages of starting and growing a business, covering areas such as market research, business planning, financial forecasting and accessing support.
The session is designed to help entrepreneurs navigate the decisions involved in launching a business and develop a clear plan for future growth.
By the end of the session, participants will:
- Understand the key tasks needed to start a business and prepare to launch
- Recognise the importance of market research and identify potential customers
- Learn how to scale a growth start-up and maximise business potential
- Know how to create a business plan, cashflow and financial forecasts
- Explore where to get advice, how to source finance and what support is available through Business Wales
Participants will also receive practical resources, including a webinar workbook, business planning tools, a growth business plan template and cashflow templates. The session will include a live Q&A.
Following the webinar, participants can access ongoing support and guidance from a Business Wales Start-up Growth Advisor and the wider Business Wales support network.
