Businesses across North Wales are being urged to have their say on the region’s future workforce needs as part of work to develop a new Skills and Employment Plan for 2026–2028.
Ambition North Wales’ Regional Skills Partnership (RSP) has launched a short online employer survey to gather direct insight into the skills and recruitment challenges facing businesses today, and what support will be needed over the coming years.
The feedback will help shape the next three-year North Wales Skills and Employment Plan, ensuring it reflects real-time industry needs and supports economic growth across the region.
The survey, which is open to businesses of all sizes, will close at 12pm on Friday, 10th March.
Employers can complete the survey via the links below:

The North Wales economy is rapidly changing, with significant developments, new technologies and shifting demographics all playing a growing role in shaping future workforce needs.
By taking just a few minutes to complete the survey, employers have the opportunity to directly shape future training investment across North Wales, influence the development of apprenticeship and qualification pathways, support the design of sector-specific skills interventions, and help inform regional funding priorities to ensure the workforce is aligned with business needs.
Cath Morris-Roberts, Senior Skills Delivery Officer, North Wales Regional Skills Partnership, said:
“The insight that employers provide by completing this survey will be invaluable to us, and directly inform and shape our Skills and Employment Plan for the next three years. Knowing what opportunities and challenges employers experience will ensure our work is focused on addressing the day-to-day realities they face.”
